Crispy Cauliflower with Spicy Lemon Dill Dip

Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp curry

1/4 tsp tumeric

Cracked pepper

2 tbsp panko bread crumbs

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 450F. Place cooking sheet in oven to pre-heat.

  • Cut up cauliflower florets into bite-sized pieces and place in bowl.

  • Season cauliflower with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry, turmeric, and cracked pepper. Toss until well covered and add panko and toss again.

  • Take baking sheet out of oven and load cauliflower on to baking sheet for 20 minutes. Take out of over, flip over and place in oven for another 15 minutes until nice and crispy.

Spicy Lemon Dill Dip

Ingredients:

Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup

At least 1tbsp lemon juice

Sprig of dill finely chopped

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne

Cracked pepper

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix.

  • Dip cauliflower into dip and enjoy
