Gold Raspberry & White Peach Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

2 peaches
1/3 pint raspberries
3 garlic scapes -or- 2 garlic cloves
4 scallions
1/4 cup honey
1 cup white wine vinegar
2 teaspoon salt
1 to 3 tablespoons red pepper flakes (depending on how hot you want it)

Directions:
- Peel and chop peaches
- Wash raspberries well
- Crush garlic cloves and leave whole -or- cut garlic scapes into 1/4” pieces
- Clean and chop scallions
- Place all in a bowl with vinegar, honey, salt and chili flakes
- Let marinate 2-4 hours
- Blend and serve

Keep in the refrigerator and use within 3 weeks.
