Pickled Garlic Scape Dressing

Ingredients:

6 pickled scapes

¼ cup of brine from pickled scapes jar

1 cup olive oil

1/4 -½ teaspoon black or white pepper

Directions:

Chop the scapes to less than ¼” pieces. 

Puree all until smooth. 

Dress salads or marinate vegetables such as radishes, turnips or beets.
